TrackingI bought a bracelet on November 26th and got a tracking number on November 27th, eh. But I waited for weeks and there were no shipping updates, so I contacted customer service for help. Sadly, I didn't get a reply to my question, instead, I got a refund on December 18th, right before Christmas. I was left feeling frustrated and let down by the whole ordering and delivery process, eh.

TrackingI just bought a bracelet from an online store and I'm really not happy with their service. The tracking info for my order has been stuck on "acceptance pending" since May 5th, even though I placed the order on April 30th. I was supposed to get the bracelet by May 12th, but now I have to wait until the 17th and I'm worried it still won't come on time. It looks like other people have had the same problem based on the bad reviews I've seen, and now I wish I didn't buy from this store. I won't be shopping there again.
