CommunicationSo, I got these five bracelets back in February, but just my luck, one of them ended up breaking after only wearing it a couple of times. I filled out a form on their website with some clear pics of the broken bracelet and they sent me an email promising to get in touch, but they never did. I've tried calling them three times now, but all I get is a message telling me to email them - can't even leave a voicemail. I've sent them three emails in total, but only got one response.
