Returns & RefundsI actually liked the bag — it's been my go-to for the commute and fits my laptop, coffee, all that — but the post-sale experience soured everything. I chose them partly because their site listed a flexible return policy; when I tried to return it the return email on the website bounced. I messaged support twice after that and got no reply for over a week, which stressed me out since the return window was ticking. The bag itself is fine and I used it every day, but the silent customer service made me rethink buying from them — honestly a shame.
