Good bag, surprise duty
PriceI'm keeping the bag, but not happy about the surprise fees. Bought it a few weeks ago and first thing, the leather and shape were exactly what I expected — felt solid right away. The problem was I live in the US and they hit me with about $102 in customs/duties after delivery; that wasn't shown at checkout so I couldn't decide up front. Also box arrived battered and the dust bag was comically large, like a bedsheet. If those two things were fixed I'd be calmer; as is, I love the bag but feel misled and slightly annoyed.
