Productweight, stitching, leather feel — that part eased a few of my worries. But a few other things never got better. The listing promised a dust bag and none was in the box. A photo in the gallery shows a different leather and hardware colour entirely — not just a lighting thing — so that was misleading. There was an authentication tag included, but it was blank, which is weird when they stress authenticity everywhere. I tried to get answers: messaged customer support via email and chat, even replied to a Trustpilot prompt, and that was over four business days ago. I did send photos like they asked (48 hours ago) and then crickets. So my pre-purchase doubts about accuracy were partially calmed by the actual material quality, but the missing accessory, mismatched images and silence from support left me annoyed. If you’re thinking of ordering, ask for current photos and confirmation of included items up front — saves you the back-and-forth.
Delivery let down, product was fine
Delivery let down, product was fine
they didn't. I stayed home the following day, apart from a quick ten-minute run to the store, and apparently they rang the bell again while I was out. After another call, the only solution was to go all the way to the UPS depot in Oslo and pick it up myself the next day. Tracking gave no way to add delivery notes or actually talk to the driver. Customer service seemed unsure and the options felt limited. The seller probably can't control every courier, but I wish they'd choose a different delivery method or give clearer pickup choices. Tip for others: confirm pickup location up front or ask for a scheduled window. Product is good, just be ready for delivery headaches.
Lived-in charm, small mystery
Lived-in charm, small mystery
I bought this bag three months ago and started using it right away. First day I thought, nice strap, soft leather — fits my everyday stuff just fine. It felt broken-in in a good way, like it already had stories. But honestly, when it arrived it was more worn than I expected. I kept it anyway. Used it for coffee runs and errands. There’s a tiny hidden pocket I totally didn’t notice at first — pleasantly surprised. Tried to resell it through A Retro Tale later and they wouldn’t take it because of the wear. That was confusing. If it’s too worn for resale, I’d like to know how it passed inspection before sale. Still, I like using it.
