ServiceI totally forgot to update my address with the company after I moved because I don't really buy stuff from them often. Their cartridges last longer than the ones from the actual brand, so that's why I stick with them. But when I got the confirmation of my order, I finally noticed my mistake. I had to wait on hold for a bit with their 800 number customer service, but I left a voicemail and they got back to me real quick. They took the charge off my credit card and got my reorder sorted out without any hassle.
