I just bought an inkjet cartridge from this company and ran into a problem with my order. Even though it was their mistake, they wouldn't own up to it and didn't offer to pay for the return shipping for the product I didn't need anymore. I was really let down by their lack of responsibility and it left me feeling really disappointed in their customer service.

I can't believe how bold this company is to hang onto my money for two whole months without giving me a refund for a cancelled order! The lack of communication and customer service is just terrible. I've sent so many emails and even made phone calls, but no one has gotten back to me or resolved the issue. It's just not right to make a customer wait so long for a simple refund. I won't stop until I get my money back, even if it means leaving negative reviews all over the place.

I ordered some cartridges from this company, eh, and it took forever for them to ship it out. So, I decided to cancel my order, but guess what? They still shipped it and now they won't give me any prepaid return labels, eh. I feel like I'm getting scammed here and this whole thing has been a total headache, eh.

When I had a problem with a faulty cartridge I bought, trying to return it was a real headache. I had to shell out a lot for shipping just to send it back, and on top of that, I only got some of my money back. And can you believe it took a whole 15 days to get that partial refund? It just made the whole process even more frustrating. This kind of service is just not cool, and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
