I gotta say, I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I bought ink cartridges from them, thinking it would be a quick and easy process because of their good reputation. But this time, they totally dropped the ball on my order. They didn't answer my emails or calls, which left me feeling annoyed and lost. I had to go through the trouble of filing a claim just to get things sorted out. On top of that, their prices weren't even that great compared to other places. It was just a really disappointing experience that I wouldn't suggest to anyone.

I recently bought some remanufactured ink cartridges from this website that I found while searching through a bunch of other sites. The low prices and a 10% coupon is what really caught my eye at first. But the whole experience of using the website wasn't great. They didn't keep me in the loop about when my order would arrive, so it made me wonder if the website was reliable. I had to contact customer service to get some answers and eventually I did get my ink, which I was able to easily install. Still, the lack of communication and the delayed shipping times make me kinda hesitant to recommend this website to anyone else.

I can't believe how impossible it is to get a hold of this company, eh? I tried sending emails and making calls to check on my order, but it's like they're nowhere to be found. It's just so frustrating and I'd strongly suggest not dealing with them, eh.
