I've been buying ink cartridges from this supplier for years now, always satisfied with their products. But my last order was a bit of a letdown. I got 3 extra ink cartridges that I didn't even pay for.

Aftermarket cartridges didn't work as they said they would. Customer service was no help at all and impossible to reach. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company. Next time, I'll make sure to read reviews before buying to avoid dealing with shady businesses.

I ordered some ink cartridges, eh? But let me tell ya, this company is a total scam, bud! They took my money right away and then had the nerve to tell me my order was backordered for 2 whole months. And would ya believe it? When the ink finally showed up, it was already expired. What a complete waste of time and money, eh?

I ordered some ink cartridges that turned out to be defective from this place and it was a complete disaster. The cartridges didn't work right, and their customer service was nowhere to be found. I tried calling a bunch of times, but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I also sent a bunch of emails, but never heard back from them. It's obvious that this company is just trying to snatch people's money without coming through on what they promised. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of ordering from them.

I like that this company's non-OEM ink cartridges are affordable, but I actually like using OEM printer ink cartridges more, even though they cost more. I'm open to trying new things to see if I can change my mind about generic inks. It's nice to know that the company is part of the BBB.
