TrackingI just had such a bad experience with an online order I made recently! It took forever for my order to even ship, and there was no communication about why. When it finally did ship, the tracking information was all wrong - FedEx had no idea where it was. I tried emailing customer service but had to wait ages for a response. Plus, there's no phone number to talk to a real person! It was so frustrating and definitely not what I was expecting.
