ServiceI'm really disappointed with the customer service I've been dealing with. I sent two emails about a missing item that I never got, but I haven't heard back at all. And when I try calling the customer service hotline, I can never reach anyone for help. It's really frustrating and it's making me feel really unsatisfied with the whole thing.
