I made a goof and bought $98 worth of stuff on this website by mistake. Sent an email asking to cancel, but they said no cancellations allowed. When I asked where it’s mentioned on their site, got no reply other than an automated email saying their inbox is jammed. Ended up reporting the purchase as fraud to get my cash back. Such a bad experience.

Ordered the wrong thing by mistake, so I reached out to customer service right away. They couldn't switch up my order, but we agreed to just cancel it and I'd place a new one. But they didn't cancel my original order like we talked about, and they're not responding to any of my follow-up messages. When the package finally arrived, there was no receipt or anything for returns. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare, looks like I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I think this store should take a look at their cancellation and return policies to make things easier for customers like me.

It just doesn't make sense for a company to miss out on sales by punishing customers who are trying to stay safe online. Plus, holding onto my money for days before canceling the order was not only a hassle but also totally unprofessional.
