Honestly, not great — start there. The cables themselves mostly worked, but customer support wasted my time. I needed CAT6 for my home office after a move (lots of video calls and streaming), and when a couple cords acted up I expected some straightforward help or a warranty. Instead it was a million questions and no real assistance, so I ordered replacements elsewhere. Glad it all got sorted eventually, but annoying.

Still annoyed I had to miss work to mop, but their follow-up turned my scepticism into relief. Tip: open these over cardboard and take photos fast. I wish they'd check stock before shipping and offer a pickup service. Would recommend cautiously — good recovery, sketchy initial QC, so don't expect perfection.

First call to customer service was pointless (the rep talked over me, wouldn’t let me get a word in), so I hung up and called back. The second person actually listened, fixed the address and arranged the right cartridge to be sent. Took longer than you'd want and felt sloppy, but cartridge works now and I can keep printing.
