ServiceI was annoyed at the start, but in the end it got sorted — not smoothly though. I ordered the Canon 125 XL for my home printer (lots of invoices and kids' school projects, every week), and they initially sent a regular cartridge and somehow mixed up my address — I had switched to a Canadian one but the old US address showed up. First call to customer service was pointless (the rep talked over me, wouldn’t let me get a word in), so I hung up and called back. The second person actually listened, fixed the address and arranged the right cartridge to be sent. Took longer than you'd want and felt sloppy, but cartridge works now and I can keep printing.
