Quality slid, but not total junk
Productit's not what it used to be. I started buying their moustache stuff in 2018 after spotting it at my barber and I even recommended it to a friend. Lately the quality has slipped. Ink leaks, drums that fail, little annoyances that pile up. They're cheap, sure, but the worst part was customer care — I asked for a credit when a batch was bad and they refused. I can see why they get a lot of replacement calls, but a credit would have kept me on. Still, some items work now and then.
