Wrong fit, long chat, proof in hand
Wrong fit, long chat, proof in hand
Returns & RefundsHalfway through the support chat I realised I actually had something solid to show — screenshots, photos, a short video — and I felt oddly satisfied that I hadn't messed up. Bought a colour laser toner through their site by searching my printer model; it arrived, looked close but just wouldn’t work. Spent about 90 minutes on chat, sent everything, explained it clearly. Their answer was basically “you ordered the wrong one,” even though my screenshots show their own search results recommending that cartridge. I also noticed they seem to delete negative reviews on their site — sketchy. They refused a refund and said they’d fight a card dispute. So, I wasn’t happy with the outcome, but I left confident I’d documented it properly and ready to push back. Wouldn’t rely on them again.
Not great at first, but it worked out

ServiceI was annoyed at the start, but in the end it got sorted — not smoothly though. I ordered the Canon 125 XL for my home printer (lots of invoices and kids' school projects, every week), and they initially sent a regular cartridge and somehow mixed up my address — I had switched to a Canadian one but the old US address showed up. First call to customer service was pointless (the rep talked over me, wouldn’t let me get a word in), so I hung up and called back. The second person actually listened, fixed the address and arranged the right cartridge to be sent. Took longer than you'd want and felt sloppy, but cartridge works now and I can keep printing.
Messy return but refund in the end

Returns & Refundsa hassle at first, though they did make it right eventually. I ordered two cartridges with a five‑day ETA. When they didn’t show up I found a better price elsewhere and cancelled. To my surprise the cartridges still arrived days later. I reached out, repeated the cancellation and asked for a refund. They emailed a UPS return label, which sounded fine until I checked — no UPS drop‑off near me and pickup would’ve cost me. For a while it felt like I was stuck holding products I’d already cancelled, and that I’d be on the hook if their courier lost them. After a bit of back and forth they arranged the return properly and processed my refund. Not smooth, and not cheap, but ultimately resolved. My tip: confirm local return options before you cancel or buy. A little more transparency would save everyone time.
Went from "great" to "ugh" to "okay" — long story

Returns & Refundsthe refund did come through and that was a bit of a relief, even a small surprise after all the back-and-forth. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, this took way longer than usual, but at least they eventually fixed it. If you want quick, fuss-free returns, this isn’t it; if you’re patient and persistent, you’ll get your money back.
