Weird checkout, decent delivery
CheckoutPlaced an order and thought their checkout was off — kept pushing me to create an account, which I didn't want. The site also failed to recognize my Amex a couple times (ugh), so I had to re-enter details. That said, delivery arrived sooner than I expected and the driver was polite, which was nice surprise. I'd tell them to simplify checkout, detect card types automatically and make customer service easier to find — makes big difference.
