I ordered something on December 5th but haven't heard anything until December 11th. I've been checking the tracking for a whole week now and there's been no progress. When I try to call customer service, I just get sent to voicemail. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on and not getting any help. I'm starting to think I won't ever get my order or a refund. Definitely a lesson learned!

I ordered a bunch of makeup and I'm so bummed because it hasn't arrived yet. I got an email saying they're having issues with shipping and stuff, which is totally lame. Like, why even let people order if you know you can't send the stuff out, you know? I tried reaching out to customer service but I'm way back in line for a response. Ugh, I hope I didn't just waste my money on nothing.

My package went missing and when I tried to use the links to resolve it, they were no good. The shipping company blamed the delivery guy, but I'm still waiting for them to sort it out. I had to dish out more cash to get new makeup while I wait for their response. I placed a smaller order to test if it'll come through and if they'll sort out my first order. It's so annoying!

I'm really disappointed with how this company has been handling things. I paid extra for a 2-day delivery, but I haven't heard anything back about my order. It's frustrating to feel like I'm being ignored and maybe even ripped off for $120.

I've been using their products for a while, but I got fed up with waiting for online orders. They shut down their actual store in my city, so I had to start ordering online. The first order was late, but they gave me a refund. The second order took more than a month to come. I really like their products, but waiting that long isn't worth it. I'm giving other clean cosmetic brands a try now.

I've been a customer of this company for a while now, but I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how they've been slacking lately. I made an order during a sale to get some of my go-to products, but when it arrived, the app said it was only "partially delivered". I had to contact customer service weeks later to find out that some of my items were out of stock and didn't even come in my package. And to top it off, they didn't even bother telling me about it!
