This company is a complete mess. I made an order in early December and it's been a letdown ever since. They blame "high demand" for the delays, but really they just don't have their act together. They even gave me a partial refund because they sold things they didn't have - what a joke. It's already mid-December and I still haven't received everything I ordered. Trying to contact customer service is like looking for a needle in a haystack - so frustrating. Looks like my Christmas gift won't be on time this year.

I bought some makeup from this store not too long ago, and honestly, I was super let down. They kept sending me so many spam emails, like seriously over 100 in just a few weeks. And on top of that, there was a problem with my order and I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but didn't get any response at all. So yeah, I wouldn't suggest shopping there.

I recently bought some beauty products from this company but the customer support was terrible. I told my daughter to order some products as gifts but she still hasn't gotten them after a month. I sent many emails and made phone calls to the company but got no response until I said I would file a claim with my credit company. Even then, the communication was not good and we still haven't received the products. It's really frustrating and disappointing to have such bad customer service from a company we trusted and told others about. We won't be ordering from them again for sure.
