ClaimsI recently bought RV roadside insurance for my camper trip across the country. Unfortunately, when my camper had a flat tire on Highway 15 just north of Salt Lake City, the Good Sam service was a big disappointment. They gave me the name of a repair company and an estimated arrival time, but the company never showed up. I had to ask a Utah highway patrol officer for help changing the tire in the end. My brother had a similar experience with Good Sam, where they also didn't deliver the promised service not once but twice. When I reached out to their customer service about these issues, I got a poor response and only a partial refund of what I paid. Overall, I'm really let down with the roadside assistance from this company, and their customer service was not up to par.
