CancellationI signed up for roadside assistance last October, thinking it would give me peace of mind in case of emergencies. But then my car battery died recently, and when I called for help, I was surprised to learn that my policy was mysteriously red-flagged and cancelled. I was left stranded with no help from the service I relied on. Now I have to pay $100 out of my own pocket to another company for a jump start. This whole situation was really frustrating and let me down.
