The Adventure Challenge - Reviews and experiences

My buddy and I were super stoked to receive our Adventure Challenge books in the mail, eh! But when we saw that we accidentally ordered two of the same books, we knew we had to send one back. We returned them back in February and have been trying to get our money back ever since, eh! The customer service has been brutal, they keep feeding us lies and won't give us our refund. It's been so frustrating, eh!

My partner and I bought a gift for the two of us, but it didn't end up working for us. We tried to return it but realized we were a bit past the 30-day return policy. Even after we explained our situation, the customer service team wouldn't budge on giving us our money back. It was super frustrating to feel like our money was just thrown away and to deal with such crappy service. Definitely not worth it in the end.
