ReliabilityI recently bought a surprise anniversary gift for my husband's big 60th birthday. Even though I placed and paid for the order back in February, I still haven't gotten the product. It's now mid-April, and there's been no communication or delivery. I've been patiently waiting, checking for updates every day, but I keep getting let down. It's tough to sort this out with the company since they have bad customer service and no phone number. If I don't get the product by next week, I'll have to talk to my bank about getting my money back. This whole situation has been a huge letdown for me with how the company has handled my order.
