I wanted to get my mom, who's 93 years old, a nice basket of plants for Mother's Day because she really enjoys taking care of plants. However, what actually showed up was a vase of purple cut flowers, which she absolutely hates. My mom thought it was a prank because she knows how much she dislikes that color. I reached out to the company and asked for the right item or something similar like plants in a basket, but all they offered was a mere $20.05 credit, way lower than the original cost of nearly $60. That was really disappointing for me, and I've decided not to use their service or that florist again. In the future, I'll be sure to call a local florist directly to check exactly what will be delivered.

I've sent flowers tons of times when I couldn't make it to a party. But this time, I thought I'd switch it up and send a plant with some flowers instead. I did some searching and found the perfect one at this place pretty quickly. They had so many options to choose from, it was awesome. I managed to find something I knew the person would really like. The plant showed up in awesome shape and looked really pretty. I'll definitely use this service again next time!

I recently ordered a nice fruit and chocolate arrangement to send to a family who is grieving and has kids. Turns out, when they got back to me, I found out they got a plant and chocolate instead of the fruits and chocolates I specifically picked out. It was annoying to not know about this change beforehand, especially since it wasn't what I wanted at all. Seriously, who gives kids a plant? I am really disappointed and wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

I ordered some really nice flowers and they looked a bit different than the picture on the website, but still beautiful! It was really easy to place my order and the service was great. The flowers were a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. The delivery was right on time as well!

So, I ordered this really fancy flower arrangement online, and it was supposed to be 18 inches wide, but when it showed up, it was only like 13 inches wide! That's smaller than the usual size, which is 16 inches! I was pretty disappointed, but when I called to complain, they gave me a 30% refund. I understand it was the local florist's mistake, but they should have better oversight, you know what I mean?

I was so disappointed with the bouquet I got recently. The flowers that showed up didn't look anything like the picture I picked out. It's false advertising at its worst! No matter what you pay, they always find a way to give you less than expected. Don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else to shop.
