Mother's Day flowers
Mother's Day flowers
ComplaintsSo, let me tell you about the flowers my family in Florida sent me for Mother's Day. They ordered them from a shop in Detroit, but boy, it was a disaster! The flowers arrived all wilted and broken, the roses were squishy, and there wasn't even a liner in the vase like they showed in the picture. I called the flower shop myself, and they said they would send a new arrangement the next day. But you know what? Nothing ever showed up! And now Teleflora won't even refund my daughter's money. It's such a disappointment, really put a damper on the whole day.
Floral arrangement
Floral arrangement
ComplaintsI ordered a beautiful floral arrangement for a family member and picked one with 12 roses and different kinds of flowers based on the photo. But what showed up was really disappointing. It was mostly carnations, one of them was even broken, with only one rose and some extra filler. It was nowhere near what I paid for and I was really not happy with the quality of the flowers. When I complained by email, they first offered me a 20 refund, which I didn't think was enough for what happened. I pushed for a new arrangement but they said they sent one out and it never arrived. Overall, the service was really bad and I was extremely let down by the whole thing. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants reliable flower delivery.
Birthday flowers
Birthday flowers
ComplaintsSo, hey, I ordered some birthday flowers for my grandma, eh, and they were supposed to come with chocolates but they, like, DID NOT arrive. At first, I was super shocked because my grandma said there were green lilies in there and I totally didn't order that! But, you know, I get that substitutions happen sometimes. She was so happy with the flowers and card though, so that made me happy too. But then she didn't mention the chocolates at all! Turns out the delivery guy probably ate them, you know! I'm so upset that I got charged for something that wasn't even included. Like, come on!
