SpeedI bought an online course recently and had a problem activating it. They got it working right away, but when I tried to get back in later, it asked me to buy it again. I emailed customer support about it, and they got back to me in a few hours, saying there was a technical problem causing the issue. They fixed it quickly and I was able to access the material with no more problems. I'm really grateful for the fast response and how efficiently they solved the problem, making sure my experience as a customer was smooth. Thanks for dealing with the problem quickly and getting me back into the course materials.
