CommunicationMy experience with the service provider was pretty disappointing, eh. I had a hard time trying to cancel my membership and get a refund, so frustrating. The customer service reps didn't make it easy for me at all, eh. Also, the website seemed to just want me to buy things quickly without even thinking about it properly. When I tried to ask for a refund by email, I felt like they were trying to make me stay with free trials and extra stuff, so annoying.
