Walking past a café, my friend raved about it. I was sceptical — then the refund arrived, really relieved.

Spotted it on a coworker’s desk, ordered same day — delivery arrived way earlier than promised and customer service picked up and helped track it, so I told my sister about it; small handwritten note was a nice, unexpected touch.

Walked in skeptical — "lifetime" sounded too good, and after an OS change I almost gave up when a new client was needed. I started using it last fall on my work laptop; first impressions were fine, simple and reliable. I only relaxed the day support laid out a reasonable upgrade route and a low‑cost option — had to pay again, but it actually works.

I can't believe how poorly they treated me. I tried to give them my card information, but they claimed I never did! I even showed them my call log, but they still don't trust me. They refuse to help me at all. Stay away from this place!!

I got a 'Lifetime Subscription', but I haven't been able to use it because of an issue with my account. I've tried to contact support through email, phone, and online chat, but they haven't been available during their supposed hours. It's frustrating and disappointing to have spent so much on a product that I can't even use. The lack of help is not acceptable, especially considering how much the subscription cost. If this isn't fixed soon, I'll have to take it up with my bank. It's up to the company now to get in touch and sort this out.
