ComplaintsI really loved being able to customize my photo book just the way I wanted it. The book turned out so beautiful, except there was a little damage on the front cover from shipping. It didn't completely ruin the experience, though, especially because it was a Mother's Day gift and my mom adored it!

ComplaintsI just got a book I ordered from this company and I was a bit bummed ‘cause one of the pages had a resolution problem. But then, they totally came through for me! They let me fix the page and sent me a new book at no extra cost. Their commitment to making customers happy really blew me away. I would have been happy to pay for the fix myself, but they took care of it without hesitation. So awesome!
