ReliabilityMeeting up on Meetup has been such a headache for our charity events. The Mailchimp sync always seems to be on the fritz, the customer service is not much help and takes forever to respond, and don't even get me started on the wonky calendar that can't seem to get the right days for events. Dealing with all these problems is just plain frustrating, especially when we're trying to organize events for a good cause. I definitely wouldn't suggest Meetup to anyone in need of a reliable tool for event organization.
