App & PortalThe login process for this platform is so frustrating. I've tried entering my login info several times, but it keeps getting rejected. And when I try to reset my password, the system doesn't even send me the info I need. It's so annoying to be locked out of my account because of this messed up login system. Come on, get your act together!

App & PortalI gotta tell you, my time with the platform hasn't been great. At first, I couldn't log in, even though I was sure I had the right info. After not using my account for a bit, I tried to reset my password, but nothing worked. I even tried making a new account, but no dice. It seems like this platform is having a hard time keeping up with the competition.
