The event organization platform is way too expensive and the user interface is so clunky. It's not really worth it to organize events, especially since the pro version is just a waste of money. The basic app stuff like uploading photos and navigating group settings is so glitchy. The predictive writing feature keeps repeating stuff, which is annoying as heck. And trying to use bold and italics doesn't always work, it's so unreliable. Plus, push notifications and announcements are always messing up, so it's hard to communicate with group members. They really need to fix these basic things before adding any new features.

The basic account for organizers is way too expensive, costing over $200 a year. I've been having a hard time trying to find a contact form, and the customer service is not great. On top of that, the "add to calendar" feature doesn't even include the link for the event, which is super frustrating for both organizers and attendees. If they don't step up their support game, I might have to find a different service to use.

I paid for a membership, thinking I'd get all the features, but turns out lots of them were still locked unless I forked over more cash. The search function hardly ever did its job right, which made it a pain to find events I actually cared about. It's super annoying that they now want us to pay just to peek at other profiles and interests. Someone needs to step up and create a better service site ASAP.
