Unexpectedly good help

ServiceWasn’t sure at first — saw Lovepop on a friend’s Instagram and thought, ah here we go. Then Dave from customer service actually sorted my mess fast, really sincere and no fuss. Kinda skeptical turned pleasantly surprised. I even told my sister about them, so yeah, for sure nice job.

ServiceI saw this card on a coworker’s desk and had to order one. When it showed up at the wrong address I braced for hassle, but customer service was on it — polite and quick, actually fixed the problem. The pop-up feels sturdy yet a bit delicate; folds cleanly and the paper has good weight. I’ll buy again, already told a friend.

ServiceFunny — I first spotted Lovepop on Instagram and had to get one. When the box showed up with a bit of a squashed corner I was like 'ah well', but the team contacted me fast and sorted it out. Love that they're actually on top of quality. I’ve already told my sister, and I’ll buy again — really appreciate that quick customer service.

ServiceI wasn’t sure at first, but the card and gift feel solid and real — nice heavy paper, clean print, ribbon tied simple. Using it was easy; the card slips into the box neatly and it actually looks thoughtful when you hand it over. Customer support helped when delivery lagged. Jam fixed it calmly and made sure it arrived. Glad I ordered; I’d tell others to call if something’s off.

ServiceI really wish I had looked into this company before I bought from them. The percentage of disappointed customers is way too high at 41%, and now I see why. The card I ordered didn't show up when it was supposed to, even though I paid extra for fast delivery. The customer service hasn't been helpful at all, and now I'm struggling to get my money back. It's so annoying to deal with a company that doesn't care about their customers. I feel like I threw away my money and time on a company that doesn't care about making their customers happy. I won't ever order from them again.
