ReliabilityThe teachers at this place always seem to end my lessons a bit early or stretch them out longer than planned by like 5-10 minutes or so. And sometimes, a teacher just doesn't show up at all. It can be pretty annoying because I don't get a say in picking my teachers. But hey, I do like that I can be flexible with my schedule, meet people from different cultures, and learn from teachers with different accents. The materials and exercises they use are pretty useful though. Some teachers could use a bit more energy and focus during lessons, so the management should keep an eye on things by checking lesson recordings now and then.
