I almost didn't sign up. I liked the idea of short online lessons for evenings after work. I was sceptical about the sprint setup though. It sounded motivating but also like a trap. I used it for commutes and quick practice before meetings. The classes themselves are solid. Teachers are clear and the platform works fine. My doubts were partly eased by the quality of instruction, but not the billing. Credits supposedly valid for a year become useless if you pause or stop monthly payments. That caught me off guard. It makes pacing slower study pointless. When I raised it they defended the policy and blamed timing on my bookings. That felt mechanical and mildly infuriating. In the end I still use the classes. They help me with day-to-day speaking. I only wish the credit system was less clever and more honest. Small wins, mixed feelings. I'm pragmatic though; it suits my routine most weeks.

My German has improved a ton all thanks to this language sprint program! I could book classes whenever I wanted, and all the teachers were really great. And getting cashback for doing well in the sprint? Such a big win! I completed all the tasks for the sprint, so I'm definitely getting that cashback. Yay!
