Me not liking signed-up paid account
Me not liking signed-up paid account
TrustI'm not happy with my paid account, eh. I've been trying to cancel since 2018, and now it's 2022. JibJab keeps auto-renewing every year, eh. Every year, I have to fill out a refund form and ask to cancel, eh. I think they do this on purpose to trick people and not tell them about the charges, eh.
Auto renew charge
Auto renew charge
TrustI totally get where you're coming from. I had a similar thing happen with a company's auto renewal system once. I only used their service once, and then two years later I saw a pending charge on my account. It's just not right that these companies don't bother to give customers a heads up before charging them again, especially if their accounts have been quiet. It's a real shame for the business world, and something should definitely be done about it, either by slapping them on the wrist or changing the rules. It's really worrying to think about how many other folks, especially those who might be more at risk, are getting charged for services they don't even use anymore without even realizing it. If these companies were as quick to tell us about changes to our payment details as they are to take our money, none of this mess would happen. They need to do better.
Annual subscription cancellation
Annual subscription cancellation
TrustI've been trying to cancel my yearly subscription for years now, but I just can't seem to get it done. It's like they're purposely making it impossible for customers to cancel. I've reached out to them multiple times, but haven't heard back at all. I haven't even used their service in years, but they keep charging me! I'm honestly shocked by how unethical their business practices are.
Misleading subscription charge
Misleading subscription charge
TrustI signed up for a monthly subscription but got charged for a full year all at once. And it looks like lots of other people are having a hard time canceling their subscriptions too. This company seems pretty shady and I'm thinking about taking legal action. I don't like how they do business and I'm ready to stand up against them.

TrustThe company won't let you cancel the auto-renewal, and they've added bugs on purpose to stop you from cancelling. Plus, they ask for way too much personal info when you're trying to add new faces. It's such a obvious scam, and the customer service is terrible. It's sad to see how much this company has declined in the last ten years. Be careful about subscribing, because it might be super hard to stop those unwanted renewals.
E-card subscription
E-card subscription
TrustI signed up for this e-card subscription and it's been a total nightmare. This company is so sneaky - they keep charging my credit card without asking me first! I've tried contacting them multiple times to get a refund or cancel, but they don't even bother getting back to me. Dealing with a company like this is just so frustrating. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these guys.
Fradulent charges
Fradulent charges
TrustThis company is just awful, eh? My poor old mom, who's got dementia, got a charge on her bank statement from this shady organization, eh? It's terrible how they prey on vulnerable people like her. She doesn't even have a cell phone, so there's no way she would've given her info willingly, eh? They must've cold called her, even though her number is on the do not call list. It's just disgusting, eh?
Auto-renewal notification
Auto-renewal notification
TrustThe auto-renewal thing is kind of sneaky and can end up surprising customers with charges they weren't expecting. And if the product isn't even that great in the long run, it just adds to the frustration. It's just not cool to see companies using these tactics to make more money. I'd recommend keeping an eye out and being careful when you come across this kind of stuff.
