ServiceMaking videos was fun, eh, but canceling was a total pain in the butt. I signed up for a two-year membership, but the company kept renewing it without even asking me. No matter how hard I tried to cancel, they just kept charging me. Their customer service was no help at all and they kept making these bogus promises about not renewing my membership. I had to go to drastic lengths like shutting down all my bank accounts and canceling all my credit cards just to stop them from charging me again.

ServiceI ended up buying a subscription I didn't actually want, but thank goodness the customer service team was super quick in getting back to me and sorting out a refund right away. I was kinda nervous about having to wait forever for a response and my money back, but they totally went above and beyond in how quickly and professionally they handled everything. I'm really grateful for the smooth process and I'll definitely be thinking about using their services again down the road.
