It's such a pain trying to cancel a subscription once you're signed up! I went online to delete my account, got a confirmation email and all, but I'm still getting charged a month later. I reached out to customer service to renew my subscription and got help from Danny. The customer service was great, and I had a really good experience with the company overall. The courses they offer are amazing, and I'm super pleased with the service I got.

I enrolled in some online guitar lessons and at first, I thought the platform was really good. The lessons were set up nicely and easy to follow. But after a couple of weeks, I realized that the way they were teaching just didn't work for me. So I decided to make use of the money-back guarantee they were promoting on their website. I sent two nice emails asking for a refund, but I didn't hear back from anyone. Instead, I got an automated email suggesting I switch to a different payment plan. I was frustrated with the poor customer service and the lack of communication about my refund.

I signed up for a membership but ended up cancelling it after a month. Even though I received various emails, I didn't get a refund until I looked at my Visa statement and reached out to them again. I had to send a copy of the cancellation email for them to approve the refund, which was annoying and inconvenient. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this service after my own experience.
