I was thinking of signing up for online music lessons, but after checking out some reviews about payment problems and not getting what was promised, I changed my mind. It looks like there might be some customer service issues, because some of the company's replies seem more focused on defending themselves rather than fixing the problem. When a customer has a legit complaint, it's crucial for a company to deal with it quickly and come up with a solution, instead of just pointing fingers.

I recently bought some guitar lessons and I've been really looking forward to the Phil Keaggy Master Class. But, from the end of June to the first week of August, there hasn't been much communication about when I can expect to get my stuff. I haven't gotten any emails or updates from the company letting me know about any possible delays, so I'm feeling kind of let down and left in the dark about what's going on with my order. When you're a customer, good communication is super important, and this lack of openness has been pretty frustrating. But, even though things haven't gone smoothly, I do appreciate how quickly they responded when I needed a reference number. So, thanks for that.

I signed up and they keep sending me emails even though I tried to unsubscribe. I complained a bunch of times but they still haven't fixed it. It's so frustrating!
