The personalized gift I ordered arrived quickly and looked exactly like it did on the website. I'm happy with how fresh and high-quality everything is. My only suggestion is that the company should set up a way to send a picture of the gift to the person who ordered it, whether that's their email or phone number. It would make things less awkward, especially if the sender and recipient aren't super close and the sender doesn't have to ask for a picture themselves.
