I was really disappointed with the flowers I bought recently. They were all droopy and not fresh at all. And to add to that, the message I asked to be sent with them was all mixed up and didn't make sense to the person receiving it. I've tried other places like this before and always had a better time. I was hoping for better quality and more care in getting things right, but it didn't work out. I won't be using this service again in the future.

I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered a special Mother's Day gift for my mom and it never showed up. Even though I gave them the right address, they said it was delivered, but I couldn't find it anywhere. When I reached out to customer service, all I got was a generic email the next day saying their records showed it was delivered and there was nothing they could do. It was obvious they didn't care about what happened or try to fix it. I'm really let down and won't be buying anything from them again.

I had a really bad experience ordering a gift for Mother's Day. I placed the order on May 10th and expected it to be delivered today, but it didn't arrive until 11 pm. I tried reaching out to customer service but didn't get a response, which really spoiled my mom's day. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. On Rakhi, I ordered a cake and rakhi, but only the rakhis were delivered. Customer service said they would refund me for the cake, but I never actually got the money back. I gave them another chance and tried ordering again, but they let me down once more. I'm really upset and disappointed with their lack of service and reliability.

I had major problems with the service from this company. I ordered stuff for Mother's Day multiple times, but nothing came on time. Their customer service was basically non-existent since they didn't reply to my messages on live chat or email. One of my orders got rejected for no reason, which made me super frustrated and let down.
