I just wanted to say a big thank you to Steve for going above and beyond in helping me track down and resend my hamper. Even though we had a few bumps along the way, he stayed in touch with me the whole time to make sure everything got sorted out quickly. I really admire his hard work and how he handled everything like a pro. I'm happy with how things turned out and I'll definitely think about using this service again next time.

I've been using this company to send gifts to my family for a while now, and I have to say, it's been mostly good. The gifts always arrive looking great and my family loves them. There have been a couple of times where things didn't go quite right with the delivery, but the customer service team was quick to help and fix the problem. It's good to know there's a team there to make things right when something goes wrong.

I just bought a gift basket for Mother's Day to send to my mother-in-law. She loved what was inside, but we had some trouble with the delivery. DPD didn't deliver it the first time and had to reschedule for 3 days later. I was worried that the food might go bad by then. Luckily, Steven and Gemma from customer service were super helpful and nice, and they fixed the problem right away.
