I just bought a hamper for my mum's birthday, and it was supposed to have a sauvignon blanc and malbec. But when it arrived, there was a rose wine instead of the sauvignon blanc. I contacted customer service and they said there was a stock problem, so they made the switch without telling me. I'm not happy about this at all. If I had known, I would have cancelled the order. Now I have a bottle of wine that my mum won't even drink, what a waste of money! This whole thing has been a letdown, and I won't be buying from them again.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share a little story about my recent Mother's Day gift purchase for my mom. So I ordered a gift and paid extra for next day delivery. Unfortunately, the package ended up at the wrong address. I had to buy a second gift to make sure I had something for Mother's Day. I contacted customer service, and they said they'd send a replacement, even though I had already bought another gift. They didn't offer a refund, so I had to ask for one for the next day delivery myself. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience, and I probably won't be ordering from them again.
