FindmyPast is such a great tool for digging into your family tree. I really enjoy being able to look through all the records and papers to learn more about my ancestors. The website is super user-friendly and makes it simple to search for particular people or families. I also like how FindmyPast gives me hints and tips to find new details I might have overlooked. I was really frustrated with the genealogy research program settings on this platform. When I set up my research tools, I expect them to stay that way, but Find My Past doesn't allow that. For example, I like using a horizontal pedigree chart, but the platform always goes back to the vertical pedigree chart view as the default. This inconsistency drives me crazy, especially since I've used other genealogy programs before that didn't have this problem. Another issue I had was trying to find help in the Help Hub. The format seems to require a specific question format, which makes it hard to find the information I need. I think having a drop-down menu would make the Help Hub easier to use and more effective, giving customers clearer guidance on what kind of questions can be answered.

I just started using this new family tree website and I gotta say, it's a bit confusing for me. Like, why can't I change the background color of the tree or make the names stand out more? And seriously, why can't I just click on a line to shrink the tree branches? It's like I'm stuck in this never-ending maze of family members.
