I almost gave up, then they sent a replacement cake — delay, but when it arrived intact I felt relieved and grateful.

Solid, reliable service — that's my take. I used them because of a recent move and bad back; they've handled bookings to doorstep with minimal fuss. A few small hiccups, but overall consistent.

Funny thing — I pictured my sister opening everything, and then the tracking showed delivered but it wasn’t. Had to phone them a few times, which was annoying, and only some items showed up two days later. She actually loved the stuff, so happy ending — not perfect, but keep an eye on tracking and call early.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on March 7th, with a delivery date of March 11th. Unfortunately, the flowers didn't arrive on time as promised, and I didn't receive any updates on why. It's a bit worrying that they're good at taking orders but not so good at delivering them promptly. Maybe they should consider updating their website to show which areas they can actually deliver to, to avoid disappointments like this one.

My daughter was super pumped to send her uncle a birthday present, but then we got a lousy email saying it never made it. She's totally heartbroken and I'm so mad! Definitely not recommending this service to anyone! I really hope we get our money back for this awful situation.
