Ferns n Petals - Reviews and experiences

My experience was a complete disaster. I ordered a red velvet cake and black-gold balloons, but ended up getting a chocolate cake and pink-gold balloons instead. Even after confirming my order, Ferns n Petals really dropped the ball and didn't deliver what I asked for. When I raised the issue, they said they would look into it, but never got back to me, leaving me feeling pretty frustrated and let down. And to top it off, the quality of their products was way below what they show on their website. In a previous order, they even sent me a cup with a chip in it and didn't bother to replace it. It seems like Ferns n Petals doesn't care about their mistakes, just grabbing cash without any apology for letting their customers down. I decided to give them another chance, hoping things would get better, but once again, they failed to come through as promised. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because their customer service is basically non-existent, and they seem more interested in money than giving good service.

Giving gifts should be a wonderful experience, eh? But let me tell ya, my recent purchase was a total disaster. I decided to order a plant as an anniversary gift for a couple, in hopes of a beautiful and thoughtful delivery. But when the delivery guy showed up, he was just holding the plant with no branding or packaging to be seen. It felt like some random street vendor was dropping off a plant! And on top of that, instead of a nice message card like they promised, I got a message scribbled on a torn piece of paper. After dealing with customer service for hours, all they offered was a partial refund of the original price. Absolutely pathetic and downright insulting, eh.

This company gave me one of the worst services ever. They completely messed up my cake order and their customer support was just terrible to deal with. I suggest steering clear of ordering birthday cakes or using this company for any important events. I ended up wasting a lot of money on a cake that never showed up, and even after reaching out to them several times, they couldn't fix the problem or give me a refund.
