CommunicationI ordered two custom cards for two different people, but one of the cards didn't show up. The website didn't have an option to send the cards to different addresses when I checked out, so things got mixed up. When I contacted customer service, the first person I talked to just sent me automated replies that didn't help me at all. Finally, after speaking with a second representative, I was offered a refund, but they didn't apologize for the missing card, which caused us to miss an important occasion. I was really let down by the poor communication and customer service overall.
