ServiceMy experience with this company has been really frustrating, eh. I bought a GFI course from them not long ago, but when I tried to do the test online, I ran into some technical problems, you know. I reached out to their customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful and just said I should do the test in person, which I couldn't do, eh. When I asked for a refund because of all this inconvenience, they said no way, leaving me without a certification, eh. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere for your training needs, because this company's lack of customer support and tech help is just not right, eh.
