CommunicationI just finished getting certified through this company and let me tell you, it was jam-packed with so much useful info that I really enjoyed. The content was laid out well and made it simple for me to understand everything I needed to know. But when I tried to fulfill my continuing education requirements, I hit a snag. The instructions I got about the process were kind of confusing and didn't give me enough info, which left me feeling frustrated and like I wasted my time. I really wish there had been better support and guidance in this part of my experience.
