ServiceI just bought some chocolates online and had some delivery problems. They were supposed to go to Costa Rica with DHL, but there were issues. zChocolat reached out to me and kindly offered to send me two more boxes of chocolates to any place I wanted, without charging me. So, I sent the chocolates to my granddaughters in the United States, and they were so happy with the surprise. I really thank zChocolat for their great customer service and for fixing everything.
