Natura Market - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought something from this company and man, it was not good. Some of the stuff I got was already expired, and that's just not cool. I contacted customer service about it, but all they did was stick to their policy about expired dates without really fixing the problem. It seemed like they dealt with these kinds of complaints before, so I wasn't the only one.

I just wanted to warn you all about the short best before date rule on this website. I bought some stuff not long ago and was pretty bummed out to see that they wouldn't last long. When I contacted customer service for help, they weren't much help at all. All they said was that their policy only promises a 30-day best before date and that the products were still good even if they were almost expired. That response didn't really ease my worries or give me a good solution.

I just ordered from Natura Market and got a bunch of expired stuff that's gonna go bad in a week or two. I talked to customer service about it and they told me they'd hook me up with better service if I changed my online review. I've been shopping at Natura since June 2020, but they straight up said they won't help me or my fam anymore if I don't leave a fake review. That's not cool – I'm not gonna lie just to get special treatment. Integrity is important to me, and I won't support a company that doesn't appreciate honesty.

I ordered 6 bottles of the Lavender Bartender style Syrup, eh? But when I got them, I noticed they all expire in October 2023 - not sure if that's the year or the day. That's way too much to use up in a short timeframe, especially since it's sweetened artificially. Customer service wasn't much help, they just said to use it after the expiry date. They should have at least let customers know about the short expiry before buying such a big batch, eh.
